3D Printing a DARwIn-OP in Aluminum by Shapeways.

I have been trying out Shapeway's aluminum 3d pilot program. Below is the first part that I printed out. This is part number 13 of the DARwIn-OP brackets or the hip / ankle bracket. As you can see this is an awesome print.

I have priced out the DARwIn-OP and it will cost 3000.00 to print out the whole robot. Not too bad and the price should drop overtime.
